Sure.

…rbolt 2 support (up to 1.2Gbs) but the read/write speed to a 3TB G Drive (7200RPM HDD) is <200Mb/s. That’s actually OK for all but the more intensive copying requirements. The drive cost me £50. It’s noisy, but hey ho!
It’s amazing how quick even the standard USB connected SSDs have become.
