I just pusblished a short article and submitted to the mirror, but it got rejected. I don't understand anymore, lol. Not even 1 hour ago, but an editor rejected it and stated that the publication doesn't accept any more self-published articles.

Maybe he didn't pay attention to this detail, I dunno.
