Hi. I'm not from the US and I am trying to understand the story of the migration there. Why El Paso is the most popular area for Latinos? And what are the measures or plans against illegal immigrants in Miami and Texas for this year? 


I understand it's a short article but I need to understand the story behind this. I would appreciate more details about the origin of the misunderstanding between both sides.
