Thanks for your interest in this article, I appreciate it. You mentioned a lot of important things, but location detection for iPhone and doctor’s appointments attracted my focus.

As for the music playlist, Apple Music is just good for spatial audio, and quality. But for the playlists, trust me, Spotify is the best so far because I use both.

For location detection, It’s already available on iOS since iOS 15 or iOS 16 with Apple Watch and HomeOS.

And for the appointment, you are right. This option would be useful. But I think you can create a prompt with Siri. I'm not sure yet 😆.
