The new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 has just arrived, and it’s the successor to the Z Flip 5 we saw last year, which above all featured the arrival of a new, much larger external screen.
This year’s Z Flip 6 looks a lot like the Z Flip 5, but don’t let that fool you, because, in reality, there are quite a few new hardware features. But there are more software innovations, thanks to Galaxy AI, and I will tell you all about them.
**Hardware Differences: Optical Block and Design**
The first thing is to look at the hardware. The smartphone itself displays a few differences.
The first difference we’re going to see is in the optical block. You have these two lenses on the front and outside of the smartphone.
On the front or rear, depending on whether you open it up or look at it folded, we will have a colored ring encompassing the lenses. This makes them stand out more. It also differentiates the Galaxy Z Flip 6 from the Galaxy Z Flip 5. As you have four colors, you’ll have four different finishes for the colored rings.
